Phase II: Signature Immaculate Transformation™

Over a six-month journey, Homemaculate systematically elevates the home through recurring service visits, deep-focus care, organization, refinement, stewardship awareness, and ongoing advisor oversight. Rather than attempting to address everything at once, each visit builds upon the last—allowing every room, system, and detail of the home to receive intentional attention. Clients also receive advisor recommendations, stewardship insights, and strategic guidance for future improvements, maintenance priorities, and long-term care.

    That said, here is a general framework to help you understand what to expect:

    Foundational Consultation: Complimentary. This is where every Homemaculate relationship begins.

    Phase 1; Home Operations Plan: Project-based. Priced following the Foundational Consultation based on the scope of your home's needs and the plan we develop together.

    Phase 2; The Immaculate Home Transformation: Starting from $1,500 per month. This six-month engagement brings your home fully in line with the Homemaculate Standard; including your signature scent and two selected support services. Pricing varies based on home size, selected services, and frequency of care.

    Phase 3; Full-Service Advisory Membership: Starting from $2,500 per month. Our most comprehensive offering; a fully managed home advisory relationship tailored entirely to your home, your lifestyle, and your standards. This is the level of care once reserved for private estates; brought to the modern professional household.
